Erin Haenlin Yoga Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is for anyone wanting to connect on a deeper level to their body. Erin's classes are a combination of meditation, embodiment practices, therapeutic ball work and cozy yin poses.
Erin wants to help people get to know and care for their bodies better. By forging a deep connection with the body, we start to notice patterns of stress, anxiety and depression, and their impact on the body. With this awareness and a compassionate yoga practice we can shift away from these patterns to live a more emotionally balanced life.

About Erin
Erin is a 200 RYT and has been practicing yoga since 2008. She completed her training in Therapeutic Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga with Bo Forbes in 2013. In 2015 she found Yin Yoga and studied with Megan Moss Freeman. Erin is inspired by the profound healing that a therapeutic practice can bring-specifically the empowerment given back to the practitioner to take healing into their own hands-in the studio and out.
Erin is an avid David Lynch fan and lives with her beautiful family in Florence Massachusetts.
